Our Story
Three pillars, one open flame.
Brick & Basil is a café, a kitchen and a woodfired oven under one roof in DHA. Every dough is fermented slowly and finished in a 400°C brick oven, where charred crust and fresh basil do most of the talking.
We keep the list short and the ingredients honest — real cheese, real herbs, and everything finished with the same care as the pizza.
